1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BSTM Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable national or international law
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate BSTM, employees, or other users
Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent products/services

3. User Accounts

When you create an account:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Buying & Selling

For Buyers:

You enter into a contract directly with sellers, not BSTM
Payment must be made through approved methods
Returns/refunds are subject to seller policies and platform guidelines

For Sellers:

You must be legally able to sell products in Botswana
Products must be accurately described with clear photos
BSTM charges a 5% commission on each sale
You must fulfill orders within the stated timeframe
Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit items, and restricted substances

5. THoBoCoin (THB)

THB is a digital reward token subject to these terms:

THB has no guaranteed monetary value outside the BSTM ecosystem
BSTM reserves the right to adjust THB conversion rates
THB rewards are granted at BSTM's discretion
Fraudulent THB activity may result in account suspension

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BSTM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

BSTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

With Sellers: Delivery details to fulfill orders
Service Providers: Payment processors (Paystack), delivery partners (CabLink)

We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.
